How to put out Good Vibes (to cancel out life's annoyances)

The hustle and bustle of work, traffic jams, grocery shopping and other everyday stress causing stuff leaves us feeling drained and exhausted.
Here are a few things that will give you some comfort (most of them are no cost).
Get in touch with nature. I am fortunate to live close to the lake and nice city parks, and I can go just sit in the midst of all the green grass and birds, squirrels and the occasional duck. It helps relieve any stress I may have built up inside, and generally improves my mood.
Eat some chocolate. After all, isn't it one of the major food groups? Chocolate has always been a comfort food, and now studies show that in moderation it is good for your health.
One of my favorite things to do is listen to music, which is part of this good vibes story. Music that is upbeat gives us the happiness and joy that we are meant to have.
So starting today, go spread good vibes, and if you have any other ways to share the Love, just put a comment below.
